GENERAL TENANT RULES

Do NOT throw anything in the toilet bowl except toilet paper, especially paper towels, napkins and tampons as they expand, q-tips do not flush, if you get anything stuck in the toilet, you will be responsible for the cost of the repair
The is NO SMOKING inside the residence, if you must smoke, please do so outside and please do not throw your butts on the ground, you will be charged for any clean-up
Keep the exterior of your residence free of all trash, not only does this keep animals and rodents away, but it will keep the health board from fining you as well, you will be charged for any necessary clean-up
Trash pick up is once per week, you must put the trash out at the curb each week, if you forget, you should immediately contact the trash company, you will be charged for any extra trash above the normal pick-up.
It is your responsibility to keep your stairs and walkways free of snow during the winter, we provide plowing, we do not shovel
Please treat the fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and garbage disposal as if you owned them, if they break due to your negligence, we will either not replace them for you or you will be billed for the cost of repair
You live in a community and have neighbors, please be respectful of them, there is a noise ordinance in the each town and you can be fined for violating this
You are responsible and liable for the actions of your guests
Rent Payment
Rent is due in the form of one check per household on or before the 1st day of each month.
